I am trying to change the media kind from 'music' to 'podcast' on an audio file in iTunes/apple music. I am only getting the option for 'music' though - none of the other options are showing up. I'm not familiar with the process because this is my first episode. I'm seeing the same problem on my MacBook Air and iMac. Does anyone know how to do it?

Catalina doesn't provide the option to change a file from Music to Podcast as could be done with iTunes.

It is all you can do. Is this a podcast you've downloaded as a standalone file or one you're trying to create? It will be received as a podcast if it is downloaded through a podcatcher such as iTunes or the new Podcasts app in Catalina.

Does that mean I should go forward with the media type set to music and fill in the other information as normal?
