Thank you ! Be careful and don’t use the APP before you get better !
I’ve had success with the galaxy buds live. The noise cancelling is crap, but they don’t sit in the ear canal and offer waterproof sweat proof protection.
Have you tried using them with noise cancelling turned off?
Regardless of any theory of the cause and possible solutions, I highly suggest consulting a doctor and not self medicating. Ear issues are dangerous.
I have had ear drainage, inner ear skin is peeling in my right and left ear. I've stopped using the silicon ear tips. Now, I have to go to the doctor because I think I have an ear infection.
This is exactly why it surprises me people are actually trying to get refunds. I just sold mine and used that money to get 2nd gen AirPods. Much easier than waiting months on Apple to do their thing
Yup same issue, didn’t know so many people are having the same issue. I have stopped using since then pain and itching has gone away. Will now reach out to Apple support.
I think making this public on Twitter with hashtag will help. There are more people with issuies and they don‘t know this thread.
Sell them as used on mercari or etsy
Try Creative wireless ear buds, they’re really good
oh my goodness. I have a severe allergy to nickel. I couldn't even have my wedding ring soldered the right way because of trace amounts of nickel. My ears are on fire after 10-15 min of wear.
It took me 3-4 months for my ears to get back to normal after I stopped using the APP’s. I didn’t use any type of ear phone’s until they were completely healed.
Call Apple and complain
I had my sony wf-1000xm3 for a month now my ears are fully healed no more itchy allergic ears.
