Funny noise inside Macbook Pro 16" while running Maya 2019

I've been noticing there is some clicking sound coming from the center-ish area on my 16" MacBook pro when I use Maya or Substance Painter. It happens specifically when I rotate the camera. (it's not a heavy load scene, just a couple hundred faces) The noise sounds just like data was written/read on a hard drive/disk. (small but consistant, stops right as I stop rotating) It is not loud as the fan noise but kinda annoying, especially in a quiet place.

Is it normal? Or has anyone bumped into the same issue? Thanks.

Edit: my specs are 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, 64g ram, 5500m 8g graphics.
