Unable to update payment method

My last payment was declined because of low balance on the card. Now the card is refilled and I need somehow to re-initiate payment. Unfortunately, "Manage Payments" section on neither OSX iTunes or iPhone Settings doesn't provide this ability.

Second this I decide to try is to Update my current payment method: when I choose my Payment Card I see "Your payment method was declined. Please enter another payment method." - that's it, I don't have ability to update info about my current card - only this text and Device Account Number with 4 greyed digits of my card - no ability to change anything.

Last thing I decide to do is remove current Card and add it again - I press "Remove" button and see "Unable to Remove. There is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment on file".

How can I manage this? The simple task of re-sending payment transforms into impracticable task, or I do something wrong?

When you have an active subscription you won't be able to remove all payment methods from an account, you can only add additional methods : Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support

Try a different card. For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc.) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).

Heh, I don't have different card :(

I would like to propose Apple to add ability to re-initialize payment after fault - the reason of fault could be banal low balance, which is not require updating of payment method in general - all we need is to re-send payment. Also I don't understand how should behave people who have only one credit card in this situation? Order another one in the Bank?

Have you contacted iTunes Support about it ? You know that you are only talking to fellow users on these user forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple
