Apple TV - iCloud Terms and Conditions Acceptance Issue

Im on my AppleTV and I keep getting:


New iCloud Terms and Conditions - To use iCloud on the Apple TV you must accept the new Terms and Conidtions


When I click the button I am taken to a screen without the ability to accept them. When I log onto iCloud, while I can review the Ts & Cs I don't see where I can accept them?


I'm reasonably certain this User Error combined with some gnarly UX brought along with an update. Any help on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
