Activity on Apple Watch not working.

My mom just got the series 3 Apple Watch and she wants to be able to see her rings individually broken down without having to use the activity app on her phone. When she goes to the activity app on the watch it doesn’t give her the option to scroll down to see the individual rings. It also doesn’t give her an option to swipe left to see sharing information. I have the same watch and I can see all of this information on mine. How can I fix this for her?
