I have a 2018 XT5. My husband has a 2019 XT5 and we are both having the same problem. My Car Play does not let me see or hear the text messages. I can answer but I do not know what I am answering. The messages use to show and could be read out loud. Can anyone help me?

For clarification, are you saying this with two different iPhone in two different vehicles, or is the issue with one iPhone in both vehicles?
Which iPhone model and iOS version are you using?
When you say it doesn't let you see or hear messages, what exactly is happening? Are you not receiving a notification, is your interface blank, or something else?
