Every time I open an app is as if I never opened it.

Hello everyone.

Ok so I changed the name of my home folder and the name of the user on my mac, but I guess everything went bonkers. Every time I open an app like Logic pro X, iTunes, Calendar or even App Store it is as if I had never opened it. A prompt saying like "Welcome, iTunes is the simplest way to enjoy…." and there is always that agree or not or accept button and stuff… is there a way I can fix this?
