I have a new MAC and during the setup it's asking to create a new user. I tried a few different names but it keep giving me the error "Computer account creation failed". I have tried a few different names and same result. Any suggestions?

I did get it to work by erasing the macintosh - HD and macintosh - HD Data drives via the disk utility. Then reinstalling the macOS via the recovery tool.

I'm in the process of setting up a brand new mac mini, the OS should be Catalina since it's new. During the setup steps, it's asking to setup a computer user. After a few minutes, I keep getting the error above, "Computer account creation failed". If I resubmit the same user request, I get a new error right away, "The name you entered can't be used". Which makes me it created the user, at least partially. The back option isn't available and it won't let me continue with out creating an account.
Any suggestions?
