Having troubles with mapped network drive LaCie 5big Network 2

Hello! Please help me anyone. I have iMac 27" late 2009 running High Sierra. And I have Lacie 5big Network 2 with two 4TB disks in it, running as RAID 1. I've used Lacie to keep my GoPro videos and as iTunes Media folder. For 5 years I had no troubles (except one moment when one of the drives gone and I had to replace it, but I hadn't any troubles with it because of the RAID 1). Everything worked fine till last week. I used my Macbook on Catalina to transfer videoclips from SONY action cam to 5big, so I disconnected it from iMac and connected to Macbook. Transferred files easily, but when I re-connected 5big to iMac it started to act strange: when iMac is freshly booting network drive is accessible and I can work with my files, but after 10-15 imutes Finder shows "Can't access network drive or you have no rights to access it" (I translate from russian, so maybe in English this error message looks somehow else). But I haven't done anything to Lacie, one user and one share as always.

I can access drive via Lacie Network Assistant, and it shows the contents of the drive. But I can't access it from iMac, though I can see network drive mounted in the left panel of the Finder. I tried to use ForkLift or Moroshka file browsers instead of Finder, they have the same issue - network drive is seen, but not accessible.

I don't have any idea what to do and what happened:(( Please give me some advise.

Can you do an update? Does it help if you use a static IP?

Maybe this is worth a try: SystemPreferens, Sharing, what happens if you select Filesharing? Just try it en restart eventually. If it doesn't work, you can easily deselect it again

If you have done all of these, then it's time to reach out to LaCie to find out if they are aware of the problem. Another path is to call AppleCare and speak to Apple to see if they know how to solve the issue. If you are in the US, the number is 800-275-2273, outside the USA you will need to locate the number.

Hello, ria36. I have 5big Network2, not Network Space. The last available capsule update for this product LaCie made about 4 years ago:)

I've put static IP, no change - "You can't access it" and Lacie Network Assistant shows yellow triangle with my shared folder icon. And it shows that I logged as administrator. But I can't access neither as admin nor as a Guest user.

Hello, rkaufmann87, I've done NVRAM reset, PRAM reset, SMC reset and some resets more - nothing. I tried to connect 5big to macbook pro with Catalina on it - same result: Finder is able to see network disk, but when I try to enter the folder - Finder shut itself down with error message I've written above "Share is not found". Volume still available through browser like Safari if I enter it's IP, I can access Dashboard, but I can't work with my data. This situation is so frustrating:((

ria36, I use iMac with Lacie, it runs High Sierra. MacBook with Catalina I used only once, I had no need to use Lacie Network Assistant with Macbook.

Lacie Raid Manager is not used for my device, it used for Thunderbolt devices. Though I’ll try it...

Obviously my LaCie Network is very old:)

Hello, ria36. Just as I thought - Lacie Raid manager doesn't support my device, only 5Big Thunderbolt. After resetting and re-updating 5big I see network drive in the left tab of the Finder, but when I try to access it - Finder drops out with error "Cannot complete the operation because the source object for "Share" cannot be found"

Have you reset the NVRAM and restart in Safe Mode on the Mac with all external peripherals (including the LaCie) disconnected?
