Keyboard popping up on notes app

Hi, i been having this problem of the keyboard just popping up while as ambusing Apple Pencil.Is there a kill switch to deactivate the keyboard on the Notes App and also prevent it from “all of a sudden highlighting” the whole text in the middle of writing on the Notes App

keyboard keeps popping up when opening notes When trying to write a note I click on my ipad with my pen so that notes opens up but now the keyboard keeps popping up instead of me being able to draw/write with it, the apple pencil won't work unless I click on the button that closes the keyboard, I browsed through the settings but couldn't find anything to change it. Apple Pencil Scribble Keyboard not going away There is a consistent problem with the iPad and the apple pencil scribble feature: when holding your apple pencil or using the scribble feature, if you choose to show your keyboard, it will cause a small keyboard to pop up instead. I don’t think that’s able to change, but the issue is when I put my apple pencil back, the small keyboard still stays. The two finger pinch does not fix, I have no external extensions applied, and the only way to fix this is to turn off the scribble feature and restart the entire ipad. Please fix!
