The optional to ad a pass to Apple Wallet isn’t there... this is what I see:
iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13
If I go to iTunes Store >scroll to bottom> click Apple ID> View Apple ID> iTunes Pass, then Add Itunes Pass to Wallet. It access internet , but does nothing, like the system is down or something.
Called Apple support and got it to work. It seems if you go to iTunes > View Apple ID> Add iTunes Pass to Wallet, it won't work.
You must go to iTunes Store App > Apple ID > View Apple ID > Add iTunes Pass to Wallet. IMO it should work either way.

Pressing the plus just tells me to add a credit/debit card not a pass/g-card.
Also. Apple doesn’t let me delete the app and re-instal
I'm having the same problem. If I go to iTunes store and click "Add iTunes Pass to Wallet" , it does nothing. Did you ever figure this out?

Hmm, that’s weird
Did a full reset, no luck.
Contacted support via Chat, they couldn't help me. They made appointment for iPhone support to call me @10:15 EST, 11:40, still no call.
I CANT ADD A PASS TO APPLE WALLET!!!
