Files app missing folder in Dropbox

I'm using Files app on my iPad Pro. I'm using the iOS 13.3

I have dropbox connected to Files so that I can see and edit my PDFs from Files.

One folder does not show up even though it's in with all the other folders that are in Dropbox. I'm not sure if there is a secret way to hide a folder that I accidentally did or what is wrong. The Dropbox app can see the folder just fine. it' just Files that cannot.

On another iPad Pro running the exact same version of Files the folder shows up fine in Dropbox.

I have tried to relink dropbox and it made no difference. If this was a regular app I would just reinstall Files. but Files is a system app.

Any suggestions?
