My library of movies and home videos is accessible on the TV app on my mac but does not show up on iPad or iPhone. Only purchased iTunes files show up. Can anyone help? Thanks

The personal movies and home videos are accessible on iPhone and iPad through Home Sharing.
Home Sharing requires the same home network and the same Apple ID for Home Sharing, and activation of Home Sharing.
Use Home Sharing to share media from a computer to other devices - Apple Support
Your Home Sharing library will then be identifiable as “[Your_name]’s Library”.
