Problem with restoring backup

Hello everyone, especially those who want to help me :)

The iPhone began to lag strongly and I decided to restore it, before creating these backups on my PC. Everything was fine, but I can’t restore it from the copy, because it says "itunes could not restore the iphone because an error occurred while reading from or writing from the iphone." There is no disk space, maybe the problem is because of this, but I deleted everything that is possible, only Windows went around. I don’t know how to restore everything, please help!

Restoring an iPhone from a backup would erase all data on the iPhone before it attempted to restore the data, so space would not be an issue. However that error may indicate there is a hardware problem with the device. Considering the age of an iPhone 6s, I would first make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple store to have the device examined, and Apple will explain your options. If the device needs replacing, I would consider a newer phone if possible rather than an out of warranty replacement of the 6s.
