Problems with A&E App

Been having troubles a week with the A&E app - every time I attempt to watch any episodes of any shows (I’ve tried multiple) error message shows displaying the following:

Sorry, we are unable to play this video right now. Please try again. Error code: -1102


Have tried waiting and watching later, resetting Apple TV multiple times, deleting and redownloading app multiple times, signing out of TV provider and back in. Checked app settings but the only option is to stay signed in to TV provider.


All other apps working fine, and due to that, it leads me to believe it is not my internet connection.

Apple TV 4, tvOS 13
