Hello! My podcast was deleted by hosting by mistake. I am trying to resubmit it getting "Podcast successfully submitted for review". But there is no result and status of the podcast is the same: "deleted". Can you please help me to fix that?

According to Podcasts Connect your feed is 'preparfed for sumbission', meaning it's OK but hasn't been submitted yet. Try once more, making a note of the time. Wait for a bit, then try validating it again in Podcasts Connect. If it says int's already been submitted then it's in process and you have to wait for it to be assessed - this might take a couple of weeks. If it still says 'Prepared for submission' contact Podcasts Support, giving full details and the time you submitted it. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
