Family Screen Time Controls disappeared from iPhone Settings

Hello my ability to control my children's screen time has disappeared from my iPhone settings. They are still on my iPad but are not on the phone. Not sure what happened or how to get the controls back to the phone. My wife's phone has the controls and they were on my phone recently but something has happened where they are no longer available.
