New 16" MacBookPro ports HELP

I have two older USB type A ports on my old computer that are dedicated to certain items permanently. Is there a wireless multi USB typeA port(s) I can get? I purchased USB-C to Lightening, USB-C to USB and a USB-C to SD. But that gives me just (1) USB connection. I do not want a multi USB connector that plugs in, I have those. I want one that is wireless?

I am charging my new 16" MacBook Pro. I plug in charger and NO green light....so how do you know it is charging?

TIA Birgit

Usually there's the little battery symbol with a lightning symbol showing that it's plugged in. However, that's on the display. If you're looking for an light indicator on the outside, there is none. There should be a chime though when it starts charging.

As for a wirelessly connected USB-A hub - there are a few. I'm assuming you mean one that doesn't need to connect physically to the Mac. The ones I'm thinking of have to be powered by an adapter and connect to a computer via Wi-Fi. They're kind of old and I'm not sure whether or not they would have the proper drivers to work. Not sure exactly what it does. I'd be surprised if Apple supports them in any way with the regular USB setup. They seem to connect more like external Wi-Fi components - like a USB printer or an external drive. They would show up a network printer or network drive and not act specifically like a USB device connected to a direct USB hub. I'd really be surprised if it could be used to connect an iPhone or iPad.

This is the only one I could find:

I re-read what you wanted. It sounds like you've bought several single-purpose USB-C devices. That's definitely not going to be ideal. They're kind of pricey, but here's one that does almost everything and only requires a single USB-C connection.

What you see in this photo is 3 USB-A ports, an HDMI port, wired ethernet, and an USB-C pass-through (charging)/device port. The other side has SD and microSD slots.
