I have tried to download apps but it want download keeps asking id for previous owner but it want take the password please help me im desperate.

If you have a used phone that was not wiped clean and had apps preinstalled they are “owned” by the account that they were downloaded with forever. Your only option is to delete them, restart the phone, then redownload or purchase them.
