Can't update apps

I bought the phone from my hands, went to my Iclaud, the phone already had applications like "Instagram, VKontakte, etc.", when I wanted to update applications, the iPhone asks for the password of the old owner. What should I do? How can I update my apps?

You need to delete and redownload them.

You should ask the seller to remove it from Find My if they set it up and haven't already removed it, and then restore it.
