iPadOS 13.3 issues with iPad Pro 10.5.

My iPad Pro 10.5 makes background noise sound when charging port is connected after upgrade to iPadOS 13.3.
Touch screen keyboard is not responding well. There is lag issue and some times I have to wait a second to type a single alphabet. It started to happen at iPadOS 13.2.3 and even obvious in 13.3 version.

I suggest you attempt a forced restart of your iPad as, sometimes, the iPad can do some strange things after a system update. Very often this clears any latent issues. On rare occasion, I’ve had to complete a couple of forced restarts to clear a problem.
