how to remove mail id from junk list
one my colleagues mail are appearing in junk folder since last 1 month.
please help me to remove it from the junk mails.

If the mail app shows the email in Junk with a brown header "Mail thinks this is junk..." then tap on Load Remote Content if it is there then Move the mail to inbox. That should reset the filter.
If the email has a plain header then it is your provider that thinks it is spam. You need to sign into your mail account in Safari and look at your providers filter or whitelist process.
