How do I edit/manage files on my Boot Camp drive in macOS

I don't know if it's just me who has this problem, or if this is supposed to happen, but every time I try to change, add or remove a file on the "BOOTCAMP" drive in macOS, my cursor displays the forbidden shape. My permissions on the drive say I can read & write, but it seems more read only.

Here's some info on the drive.

In fact, I can't even change the permissions for other users! It gives me this error:

Is there a workaround? Am I doing something wrong? Please tell me what's going on. I've put some tech-y specs below if you need that.

Mac info:

13" 2018 MacBook Air 128GB

macOS 10.14.4 Mojave

Bootcamp:

Windows 10 (May 2019 Update? Build 1903)

32GB free, 6.6GB left

macOS has read access to NTFS.Write support requires a third-party add-on. Use Windows to adjust the files and settings, or the Boot Camp tools to add or remove Boot Camp partitions, or load Paragon or some other NTFS package for access into the partition. Or install a virtual machine, and boot Windows as a guest.
