Chinese ITunes card

I got interest in a Chinese mobile game and thought of spending some money in it but I’m stuck at the national ID for Chinese is there any way around it without me getting a Chinese ID?

Can I use German gift cards if I change the region of my Apple ID? I've been wondering if that's possible. And will I still be able to play my US-only games on my iPad? Thanks in advance!

Do you live in China ? If not you cannot use the China store
