We are volunteers. We do not work for Apple. This is not Apple support.

You are Apple's customer not ours. Apple is not here.

You need to contact Apple and/or Microsoft.

Did you buy it in the app store. I just checked that and found several listings for different MS stuff; here is a small screenshot for the bundle:

So, I'd suggest you check the MS website and/or support - you can see that it appears one has to buy a subscription. The office 365 appeared to be free to download, but needs a subscription to use.

I have not the slightest idea. I have run no Micro$oft products for the past 10 years. This is not a Micro$oft forum. Please go and ask how to do it on one of their forums. This forum is where Apple users assist Apple users with Apple software

While coincidence may mean that someone knows how to do it, this is truly not the place

One normally activates MS Office by entering the product key provided to you upon purchase (Office 2019 for Mac), or when your subscription to Office 365 has been paid.

Otherwise, this really isn't an MS Office support community, and Microsoft has that covered with other Mac Office users here.

Sorry, but we are all other users here and do not work for Apple; we have no access to anyone's account or purchase history. You will need to take this up either with your Apple ID/iTunes account by reporting a problem with a purchase and/or Microsoft.
