Can you help me

Someone has been logged in my apple account , which is with my email , and has changed mobile number , and now he keeps buying things , when i try to log in , it says that i must enter the verification code which is from another number that is not mine. What can I do , and can i deactivate my account from my email or something ?

Somebody is logging on with my apple id, Hi There Every time I attempt to get a verification code my cell phone tells me someone is trying to log in from a different area. Therefore I got a manual verification code from my settings and changed my password online in the cloud. I logged out all devices. After changing the password, when I try to sign in it tells me someone is using my apple ID from another location. Can anyone let me know what is going on? What can I do? I am a little worried! someone who change Apple ID phone number when I login on my Apple ID with email, and apple sent be a message to ask my verification code from a phone number that is not mine!!!! I guess someone who change Apple ID phone number. Please someone tell me how to change it back and login.
