I have an apple watch 1st generation MJ3T2LL/A and an Iphone 8 with 13.2.3 in it and was recently reading this article https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204641 which in theory I would be able to upgrade to WatchOS 6 Called apple support but they couldn't help me. I was wondering if there is a way to be able to upgrade my watch. Thanks in advanced for your help!.

If it's a 1st generation watch series 0 then it won't update past watchos4,because the watches hardware isn't up to the job of running watchos6;
