Home Sharing is not working

Home Sharing (on a win10 PC) stopped working about 2 weeks ago. No changes whatsoever...outside of a possible update to Itunes.

I have moved to Plex, since Apple seems to neglect this service. I still have to use it to sync songs to I-devices. I have entirely too much content that APPLE MUSIC will never have- so apple music subscription has no justification...

I assume this is the beginning of the end of using Itunes for me.

See Use Home Sharing to share media from a computer to other devices - Apple Support. Turn Home Sharing off, then turn on again. Home Sharing works fine here. Have you considered that updates to anti-virus and/or firewall software might explain your issue?
