HELP

Whats up!

I'm currently in a predicament....

I have two phones and I was signed into my apple on one of them.

The screen was broken so I couldn't get on it... I took the sim card out of it and put it in my other phone, but I couldn't sign into my Apple ID because I had to get onto my other phone to get the code..

It doesn't give me an option for my email just the phone number of my last phone.

If anyone could help that would be amazing!

Get a text or phone call

If you don’t have a trusted device handy, you can have a verification code sent to your trusted phone number as a text message or phone call.

Click Didn't get a verification code on the sign in screen.
Choose to have the code sent to your trusted phone number.
You'll get a text message or phone call from Apple with your verification code.
Enter the code on your other device to complete sign in.
