Since migrating to Catalina my photos app has stopped updating

How does the new Photo's app pull photos from my stream as it does not have My Photo Stream listed in the sidebar menu?

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.15

In Photos->Preferences->iCloud, make sure the box for "My Photo Stream" is checked:

Thank you. I had to uncheck and recheck this checkbox to enable My Photo Stream. I guess there was a glitch during the upgrade to Catalina.
