How does one transfer my personal music not in the iCloud from my iMac running on Catalina to my iPhone 6?

I want to transfer my music collection that is located in my iMac OS Catalina to an iPhone 6. Now that Apple is using MUSIC instead of iTunes, I don't know how to sync without using iCloud.
