App Subscription Issue

Hi, I really need help with a constant charge my dads credit card is having because of an app called “ Video Maker with Music Editor”. charging me 2.99$ WEEKLY. I downloaded the app and click the free trial option, never used it and deleted the app that same day back in August. And im now finding out where the charge comes from. I can’t even unsubscribe it doesn’t let me and i don't know what to do. But this is wrong and we’re literally being robbed I repeat, I don’t have the app. I need a refund and for sure a cancellation of this even though I took out the credit card from payment options in my phone. Please give me some feedback.

Purchases - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions


Purchases - Subscriptions not billed through Apple 


Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
