Overheating and the Screen Doesn't Work

My iPhone is overheating and that screen is glowing, but without anything on it., The screen just glows a dark grey color and I can't do anything. It also won't let me turn my phone off. I don't know what's wrong with it, the screen has been glitching the past few days too. I did not get it wet or anything, so I don't know what else could be the issue.

iPhone XS, iOS 13
