buying an iPhone 11 from another country

Hey my brother is in Colombia and im here in USA, he want to buy an iPhone11and the plan is that I pick up the product in store, but the web page didn't allow him to enter his credit card, any suggestions?

Why so complicated? I tried to purchase an iPad for my girl friend from Apple Philippines. When it came to pay I discovered that it would not accept a U.K. card. Only a U.S. card or one from South Asian countries. Why have this restriction? So instead of paying 19,999 Pesos I had to pay 23,000 Pesos from a dealer in a Mall. I resent Apple rejecting a valid card - I thought Visa was global. During the set up process we tried to get an Apple ID for my friend but it kept failing on this new iPad. Why? So while I insisted on getting her an iPad I ask would we have had the same problem if I had bought her a Samsung tablet. Why does Apple make it so complicated?

I want to buy an iPhone for a friend for pickup at Apple Store in Medellin Colombia, but pay here in Boston. USA? Is it possible for me to pay for and buy an iPhone for a friend in Medellin Colombia for pickup and service at her store in Colombia. I would shop at Boston, MA USA flagship location. I would not take possession only pay for it here for her to pickup and setup at Apple store in Colombia. I want to buy a gift but not do it thru Amazon or by sending cash etc., I want to work through Apple directly. Can I pay for it here in Boston. Will there be other charges at her end? Taxes, Duties , etc. Thank you all. Want to buy latest iPhone. The Purple one for her.

To order online for either pickup or delivery, you must have a US card with a US billing address.

You should be able to walk into an Apple Store and buy one with a foreign card, but only if the card is physically present.

Keep in mind that the warranty will ONLY be valid in the US.
