Mickey is not talking

Whenever i Touch Mickey Mouse on the watch it is not talking appreciate your advice

There are settings you need to make in the Watch app on the iPhone. Go to the Watch app, then go to Clock, and make sure that Speak Time is turned on. Hear Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse speak the time - Apple Support
