For some reason when I click Photos to open my Photos library, the photos are not loading. (See screenshot below.) The "Loading" has been happening for about 20 min and nothing is showing.
Any ideas? Is it just a matter of waiting for a few days? :)

How do you give final cut pro full disk access?
The location is in my user folder >> Pictures
System Preferences->Security & Privacy->Privacy->Full Disk Access
What version and OS is this? Does FCP have full disk access? Do you have an assigned system library? Where is the library stored?
Open the Photos library and in its preferences make sure it is the system library.
