Battery health drops after 38 days

Have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Used for 38 days and the battery health dropped to 98%. Apple needs to fix this problem. I spent over $1000 on this phone. Last years iPhone pro max I charged with an iPad charger for 4-6 months and I had it drop to 99%. Please fix this problem Apple.
