eBay app continually crashing so tried reinstalling & now stuck

Question

The eBay app was continually crashing on both my iPad & iPhone so followed suggestion to delete the app & reinstalling.

Now it is stuck trying to reinstall.

Any suggestions on what to do?

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular

🤦‍♂️ That worked.

I would have sworn that I’ve done that before for this problem & it didn’t work before.
