Syncing iPod Classic with new Podcasts app I still own an iPod Classic and use it to listen to podcasts, and I keep having trouble syncing with the Podcasts app on the iMac. All I can find is how to sync with iTunes which no longer exists. I've had success sometimes and not others and can't figure out what I need to do to make it work. Is this even still possible?

transfer podcasts download via iTunes on my iPod touch 4 to my Mac computer or my iPhone my old iPod touch has podcasts in its iTunes library that are no longer available on line to re-download. I want to save one set onto my new .Mac desktop running Catalina. There is no iTunes. Dragging podcasts to iPod I want to manually drag and drop various podcast episodes to my iPod. Is it possible with these new Apps? On the old iTunes I could do this without any problem. Now I can't. I open Podcasts app. Download an episode I want. I find it in the section Downloaded. I try to drag the episode to my iPod on Music app but nothing happens. Do you know where downloaded podcast episodes are kept? I try to find the downloaded episode as .mp3 file on my computer, but I can't find it. I can drag and drop mp3 files to my iPod. I don't want to use Automatic podcast syncing option because I have subsribed to lots of podcasts and I usually put only three or four of them to my Podcast manually. Why Apple didn't manage to do everything simple and convenient to a simple user? :(

See What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support. Use Finder to manage the device now.
