citrix with dual monitors

Hello I am currently using a Mac Book Pro with OS Mojave and I am having issues using Citrix with Dual Monitors. Did anyone else experience this issue?

Everywhere I can read anything about it two external monitors should be supported? But I've done every kind of testing I can think of except resetting the SMC, which I don't believe should be the issue here?
