Noise app not working.

When I try to download the app it says that it can be downloaded on the Apple Watch. When I go to the App Store on the watch it says it’s unable to download because my iPhone is not iOS 10 or later but my iPhone is on iOS 13.3

Regarding Noise app Hi... I have an issue with my apple watch series 3 after I updated to watchos 6. I cannot reach to my Noise app neither from my watch nor from iphone. I tried searching from Appstore. I did find the app. But could not install it notifying me that either I have the app installed (which is not in my case) or it can be restored from iPhone running ios 10 or later. (I already have ios 13 updated in my iPhone). So please could you help me resolve this issue

The noise app is for apple watch series 4 and 5 only.
