Ipad Stuck in Attempting to Recover Data

Hi all,

I'd like to share an issue with iPad Mini 5.

My device got disabled and requested to connect to iTunes to Restore and Update. So I already restored and even updated the iPad to version 13.3 followed the iTunes suggestion. After the restore and update step, my iPad was still disabled and asked to wait for 1 hour. Then iPad allowed me to enter and confirm Passcode twice so that iPad could make Data Recovery. However, when the iPad finished recovery, it stated that Recovery was failed and iPad would be disabled and request to wait for another 1hr.

I tried three times but iPad kept being under Data Recovery Failure loop.

Is there anyone having same issue and how is your solution? Thank you so much for your sharing.
