Whenever I startup my computer, Safari opens up and a window pops up that says "The process is completed. TO finish click ok." But neither I can click ok nor close the window. The screenshot is attached with this question. I don't even use Safari.

Something to try. Try downloading this program which was written by Thomas R, a long time poster. The program will search for malware/adware. The program will do the work for you which makes it easy. It may be necessary to run more than one scan. After running the scans, restart the computer.
