Hi,
since I updated to macOs Catalina I get the pop-up: "utility" will damage your computer and you should remove it to the trash". If I click remove it to the trash it just pops up again. I also got this notification of spchlpr & maftask but I was able to remove those. However, I am still stuck with the "utility" pop-up. Does anybody know what to do?

Bottom line is Flashplayer is dead and most flashplayer "updates" are malware carriers. I fell for one a year ago.

Malwarebytes free app will clean it, and Etrecheck will point to it. no need to go deleting stuff you don't like the look of.
Finally Avast (and others) has been known to flag perfectly good stuff with the same message.
Removing the following directory worked!
~/Library/Application Support/.utility
The hidden "Utility.app" is under that directory.
You deleted this??? Was it in the list of unknown applications?
Yes. It was listed as "unknown"
I can’t find any Mac cleanup pro on my computer but I always saw it there before I updated OS. I can’t find .utility folder.
Anyone???
Look for mcp files in your system. MCP = maccleanuppro
There are other files too
check out the manual removal process;
never go for another cleanup app to do it! (other than malwarebyes)
Listing everything from unknown sources is a bit of a fishing trip and as you see lists OK stuff as well
