Apple Watch S4 detect GPS wrong

My devices:

iPhone 7: iOS 13.3
AW4: OS 6.1
I installed Strava on AW.

My problem:

When I ran outdoor, I tried to use Strava or Workout (on watch), both of app detected wrong my pace and distance. It was slowly than real. I reset default watch many times.
I tried: at the same time, I tracked watch and my phone
- On my watch: distance 5.3km, time 42m18s, pace 7.57

- On my phone: distance 6.47km, time 42m38s, pace 6.35

Before I used to pair Apple Watch 3 with this iPhone, the information of run is same.

Please help me. Thanks.

I did this topic, but the problem was still.

Note: When my watch run OS 6.0.1, these parameters was exactly. The problem just happened when I upgraded watch OS to 6.1.
