Locating Migration Assistant file transfer?

I recently moved my PC data to my new MacBook Pro. Before I get rid of the PC, I'm trying to make sure all of the files are where I need them on the Mac. When I do a Spotlight Search, the data shows up, but I can't seem to open the files. Similarly, there is nothing in Finder or on my desktop. How can I access these files to make sure everything was migrated?

If you already setup your account then migrated your old system, then the new computer will end up with two user accounts. The one you created and the one your migrated. Your files are in the latter account, if this is what you did.
