Apple Watch, receiving error message UNABLE TO PURCHASE

Please I need your help!

i just received my new iPhone 11 and I forgot to unlink my old phone with my Apple Watch.

when I did want to link them, I had to reset my Apple Watch. After trying to link them, I went through the process, choose my iCloud save for Apple Watch to wait. At the end... everything seemed to work fine until I keep receiving the message UNABLE TO PURCHASE APP, SIGN IN WITH YOUR APPLE ID FROM THE APPLE WATCH APP ON YOUR PHONE.... the funny thing is I haven’t changed my Apple ID, all my apps are from the same Apple ID... and I’m logged in already.... can’t get rid of it and it’s always on my watch screen....
