Apple Watch Apple Store

Hi All,

So i have been trying to buy apps directly off of my apple watch, but i keep getting an alert saying to type my apple id into the watch app on my phone. After going to the watch app many times and updating my watch and phone there is nowhere to put in my id. If someone could help that would be great!
