Is it necessary to shut down macbook pro 16 inch like windows pc after finishing our work? when should we shut down and restart macbook pro?

Not necessary. Simply closing the lid and letting it sleep.
I would only reboot if I had it was required: installing software, sorting issues, extended travel etc
otherwise there is no advantage.
